All orders ship from our stores in McKinney, TX or Allen, TX within 3 days of the order being placed. At this time we only ship to the continental United States. Most orders arrive within 3 days of being marked as fulfilled and shipped from our store. Shipping prices are determined on size and weight of product - not flat rates.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@birdsandwords.org and include your order number and item(s) you are wanting to exchange or return and a member of our team will coordinate with you.
